Get to know you personally and take the time to stop and talk to you to see if there’s anything you need from the time you ran a buzzer D right on top of anything you need could be something small has gotten you a soda to get a nurse to get you a pill if you are in pain and Quick to react and a therapy that you receive the really nice And very patient they take their time they listen to you and I want to thank Sam, Montana, and Liz the first day of therapy. I could hardly stand a walk all three of the ladies We’re patient And with in 2 1/2 weeks not only will be able to get me to stand they had me walking Further then I thought I could And their nurses Renée, Sam, Beth, and all the rest make sure that whenever I was in pain, they did everything they could to relieve the pain In the aids showed compassion when I could not shower or clean myself after I went to the bathroom and last the three angels that made sure my admission and discharge when has smooth as possible Angela Angie and Margi thank you
My mom's care has been the best. The staff are wonderful with her. The place is always clean, I go in at all different hours of the day. The food looks and smells good, she says everything has tasted real good.
My father was here before his passing. It was very personalbull. All private rooms. Kind staff. Owners are very handsome on n attentive. My dad passed in 2017 God bless his soul! I am now in very poor health, n very close to being in a nursing facility. This is the only place I will consider. #1 reason Private room. #2 fabulous staff. #3 great owners. #4 rehab is wonderful. #5 food was decent too

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. not only was i hung up on when i called back and said i was hung up on there was no urgency or courtesy in the way i was spoke to. called to complain and the "director" or whomever i spoke with was just as nasty. disgusting.
I was admitted to Gillette Nursing Home to receive Physical Therapy Rehabilitation following a hip replacement and second revision. The PT and OT staff were attentive and knowledgeable. I felt that they were very carefully moving my recovery forward. All of the staff, including Nurses, LPN's, STNA's, Aide's, food service and cleaning team were wonderful. I was always warmly greeted, asked about my comfort and if I needed anything. When I did summon the staff they always responded quickly and appropriately. Bottom line, I felt that my time was well spent at this facility, and that my health improved while I was there.
My mother is currently at Gillette after major surgery. The care, commitment, and communication is second to none! It's rare to find a facility that is family owned, let alone treats everyone like family. I highly recommend Gillette for all of your short term and long term care needs.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE ..If I could give less then 1 star I would some of the nurses and aides were AMAZING BUT 95% were awful …. I wish I never sent my mom here DO NOT GO HERE. the owners make u feel like your family TRUST YOU ARE NOT… AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE OR PUT A FAMILY MEMBER YOU LOVE IN THIS HOLE
The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because It wouldn't let me not put any This place is beyond ridiculous and I would NEVER EVER even put my dog in here let alone a Human being Everyone is rude and stuck up if you ever are looking for a place to put a loved one 💯 Reconsider putting them in this place
