Lots of long-term, caring staff members.
We had the opportunity to observe this facility, and we were genuinely impressed. The staff appeared professional, attentive, and treated residents with kindness and respect. The building was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that the team works hard to provide quality care and create a positive environment for both residents and their families. We would feel confident recommending this facility to others.

Glen Meadows is one of the most comfortable and caring nursing facilities in the Hamilton/ Fairfield area. Very experienced staff and treat their clients like family. I recommend it highly if you just need a short term rehabilitation stay or a loved one needs long term care. They will treat you like family!
My brother was here for a short time, but while there he was very well taken care of. The staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful. The staff was also very helpful in getting him into one of their other facilities which was more convenient to us. we do highly recommend this nursing home
If I could give zero stars , I would This place is dirty.You walk in it smells like cigarette smoke. The Staff does not care about anyone in that facility. My sister was at Glen meadows.After a back surgery , she was in there for rehab. Rehab is terribleI could have did better myself. When she was at Glenn. meadows , she contracted septus, mercer. She had to be hospitalized.Then she was back at glen meadows. They did not monitor Her eating, she was not eating at all.She was too weak to do rehab, And they did nothing. When you have a love one at Glenn meadows and they call you about a care call.It is actually a money call. The only thing that this facility is good for is taking your money and everything else.If they can. The rooms are beyond dirty. There were some kind of fluids on the walls and on the railing of the bed.It was never cleaned. My sister passed away at glen meadows on april twenty first of two thousand and twenty five, And? all the people that had a hand in my sister's Declining I hope karma gives you a big kiss. And I would bet everyone a dollar that the good posts that are on here saying how good Glen meadows Yes they either work there or they work there at the time that they put the post in. They continued to have a catheter inside her, with a diaper on and let her go to the bathroom in the diaper with the catheter. She had feces under her nails, where she was scratching, because she was not cleaned. Avoid Glen Meadows at all cost. This facility needs to be shut down.
Horrible place. Had to call Ohio Ombudsman to get help for my stepson.
