Went to visit my friend today. She seemed to be well attended to. That was nice to see 🤗
My mom has been here for several months. She has some very great nurses, the names I most hear of is Christyl, Julie, Vonda and Debbie. I would give her nurses a 5 star. She gets great care but the food at this facility is terrible. She gets the same foods everyday. Pasta and rice bc she can’t have certain things. The pasta is NEVER cooked all the way, it is hard 90% of the time. I’ve been there many times when she’s gotten her room tray so I have witnessed this myself. Since she can’t have tomato sauce, potatoes, citrus or bananas they substitute with the same items everyday. The bread for the sandwiches is always rock hard. They have a sheet residents get everyday to pick from different items for lunch and dinner but 7x out of 10 the kitchen messes that up or completely ignores it. This is getting to be ridiculous. If I don’t take her food she doesn’t eat. Something needs done about the kitchen, last year when she was here just for rehab services she had great experience with meals but something has changed since last September. Now she lives here so I hope this is something that can be fixed, my mom is not the only resident I’ve heard complaining about the food.
This is only my first visit to see my mother- upon quick glance, the light fixture above her bed is full of dead bugs & I hope that ia cleaned out when maintenance is on sight Monday. I was very impressed with her bedside care, her aide is WONDERFUL- APPEARED very well staffed on a Saturday, nice to see, time will tell. I am very impressed with the layout and efficiency of the entire facility. I look forward to seeing how the "work week" flows on a daily basis.
Everyone at Green Meadows is always prompt and courteous to reply to my every question. We are looking forward to rejoining their group with our resident.
First time in to visit my Dad who arrived a couple days ago. Encountered 3 employees who were all very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, and so far he seemed well cared for. He can’t hear and closed caption did not work on tv, but it was being reported to maintenance. So far, so good:)
Visited a friend at Green Meadows and they were very accommodating to our group. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend Green Meadows. Everyone was nothing but amazing. I was really impressed with the care my mother recieved. Its unfortunate that not every nursing home/rehab is like this. If she ever needs more rehab I will bring her back here. I want to thank everyone who cared for her.
I returned a call for one of the employees and the receptionist just hung up on me! I called back and she just picked up the phone and hung up again!
