I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursing facility to my family and friends. The medical staff at Alpine not only provides excellent care for their residents but also demonstrates genuine concern for the residents' families. The respiratory team here is truly outstanding, especially if you have a family member who requires a ventilator. Many establishments do not operate with a strong sense of teamwork, but I have observed that the staff here truly collaborates. The respiratory team assists nurses with patient repositioning, and just recently, when my father required changing, a member from respiratory readily offered his help to the nurse. I have observed that the staff at Alpine not only collaborates effectively, but they also care for your loved ones with the same affection and consideration they would show their own family members. The staff at Alpine is truly remarkable, and the director, Brittany, is equally exceptional. Prior to my father's admission to Alpine, Brittany diligently addressed all of my inquiries and concerns. If she was unable to provide an immediate answer, she thoughtfully guided me to the appropriate individual who could assist further.

Best part of the solution found in 4+ years of ALZ care management for 24-hour care — with real levels of nursing, therapeutic/kind personal connection, and hands-on ADL care. (We tried SEVERAL “Memory Care” facilities but found their state staffing requirements for assisted living are too low for good care. Check and you will see.) BUT at ALPINE, I’m also able to sleep better, remotely monitor for success, and staff is receptive to mom-alz-specific suggestions/approaches. :-) Getting some recovery as a caregiver for the first time in 4 years. Thank you, Alpine team/crew for being locked in on good care!
