3.6 · 84 reviewsThis facility was horrible when it came to the care of my uncle. Every time I came the room was disgusting and there was no consistency. There were only two staff members that truly seemed care. I would never want another family member in this place and go through what my uncle did. This place needs to do better or have different management.
Harvard Gardens Rehabilitation and Care Center offers top-quality rehabilitation and patient care services. The therapists and caregivers were knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to help. Thanks to their hard work and support, my family member had a smooth and successful recovery experience.
Jalesha is very unprofessional can't believe they have workers like her there. If she has attitudes with people coming there. I'm scared how she treats patients in her care. Wouldn't recommend sending anyone there is they allowing people like her to be disrespectful without consequences

My dad has been here some months now and everyone has been doing a great job. He's actually walking and moving a lot better now and shout-out to Eli for always being available to help!
This place treated my mother horrible last year. She came in walking a nurse dropped her and never made incident report. My mom had bruises all over her body and one of the STNA came to me and told me the aids beat on the residents at night and leave depend soak and wet, because of all the abuse my mom died😭😢 just because they rehab don't mean they changed their hearts. This place should be shut down.
They seem to take care of my brother fairly well
