3.4 · 10 reviewsI have a family member who is a resident here. I reached out to management about a staff member who is unfit for their position and also how they have violated HIPAA laws. I even provided evidence. Unfortunately, Heinzerling did not care, as they do not take their residents' health and safety seriously. Please weigh all of your options before trusting them with your loved one.
Reading these reviews and i have problem with this because my son live here and im starting to agree with you guys comments im working on getting my son up out of there!!!
I hope this place can keep my son in his own place to stay at.
