A sham. Looks good at first glance. In my opinion the staff that handles patient care need to undergo hospitality training and better training in care management. You hurt my grandmother pretty badly. The nurse or aid was helping my grandmother use the restroom and swung her head up hitting her in the eye. She now has an infection and we have to see a specialist in Sydney to make sure she doesn't lose vision in her right eye. As well an aid treated my grandmother badly because she developed diarrhea. Thats not her fault. He made her feel like an inconvenience. they have poor communication skills with the family and other care facilities. We now have to get another referral to home health because they filled the paperwork out wrong. Think, and ask alot of questions before taking a family member here

Wouldn't trust them to take care of my dog let alone a family member. I'm 100% sure someone was abusing my family member in their care yet they blew me off acting like I was the crazy one. Please don't put any family member in this place.

I appreciate physical therapy for everything they do and a shout out to Rick for helping be able to walk again.

I am at Heritage Manor Nursing & Rehab Center right now. It's pretty good. I just have to wait a long time once in a while when I hit the light for someone to come to help me. I'm getting occupational and physical therapy. They also have bingo and puzzles and they offer three meals a day. Most of the staff are very nice.

I placed my mother in this facility, when I visited the facility I was impressed with what I observed, since I have placed her there I have seen a decline in the caring of the residents. They are very understaffed in the departments, in observing some of the caregivers they are rude (not all of them, but some), I placed my mother because I could no longer care for her and I thought I was placing her where she would be cared for and respected. The facility was clean when I first visited, but I have seen a decline there to, the rooms are not cleaned well due to the lack of help. For the price that you pay expectations are that the residents are treated with dignity, respect and kindness, these are loved ones that have been placed in YOUR CARE to be treated kindly. I pray that I see a change, that residents do not have to wait 30 mins or more to be taken to restroom, WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO WAIT, they rely on assistance when they are not able to assist thierselves, just remember it could be you in this position someday, so treat them as you would want to be treated and also how your loved ones would be treated.
