3.5 · 6 reviewsFantastic facility which was recently remodeled. A relative was here for several years, and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. They worked with us to provide a safe environment that reminded her of her own home. If you have questions, go take a tour yourself. I highly recommend them.
Hateful people that run this place. Everyone should be treated equally. Shame on you.
I honestly loved working at this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful and worked as a team.The place was very clean. I felt as if I were at home. Everyone took good care of the residents and each other. The owners and boss took good care of me. I moved back to N.C. because I really wanted to go back home, but it was a difficult decision, because I loved this place and the coworkers and especially the residents. I wish I could have both, the job there and my home in N.C. .I will always love this place and will never forget it or the people. I have lots of wonderful memories. I thank…

My mother is in Heritage Square New Boston. The staff is very friendly, and they're all good to her. The food is decent, not the greatest, but it's decent. She has a nice room and everything, but she just feels alone all the time.
