I recommend Heritage as my experience was made great with [name removed]and [name removed]who helped get my Mom acclimated into an assisted living facility. I was able to view the room in advance and talk through different options. I had some time to plan to coordinate (a couple weeks) and it worked out great. Heritage also has help with Medicaid application process. Since the time my Mom has moved in, we have taken advantage of the in house pharmacy which offers the same cost as Walmart pharmacy. There are plenty of activities available for the residents and any services that were on going…

I recommend Heritage as my experience was made great with [name removed]and [name removed]who helped get my Mom acclimated into an assisted living facility. I was able to view the room in advance and talk through different options. I had some time to plan to coordinate (a couple weeks) and it worked out great. Heritage also has help with Medicaid application process. Since the time my Mom has moved in, we have taken advantage of the in house pharmacy which offers the same cost as Walmart pharmacy. There are plenty of activities available for the residents and any services that were on going prior to move in such as physical therapy can be handled on site. There is also transportation available to Doctor appointments to and from the location. I highly recommend and the nursing staff has been very attentive. We really appreciate the care from [name removed]and [name removed].
I don't rate a perfect score usually but we are very happy with the facility. My husband had 2 months of hospital/skilled nursing places and we could hardly wait to get back to Heritage. He was well cared for when he got back. The staff always calls him by name and I've noticed the serving staff gets to know food likes within a couple of days. They have his salad/dressing/drink on the table when he arrives. For difficult clients who are demanding, the staff has a very positive way of turning it around so all are happy.

Heritage of Marysville is a great place for my husband. Great food! Caring staff who are very professional. My husband likes the social hour in the pub, too. Doctor in house twice a week and quick on extra calls. Nurses are very helpful and available 24/7. I'm very glad he's here.
The staff is wonderful for the most part. Nursing could be a little more communicative. Everyone else is superb. The facility is kept very clean. After an "accident" they had the carpet in her room cleaned. The food is "farm to table" cooked by a chef. The residents love the food! We have already recommended this facility to friends and they have committed to a room for their mother already.
Where do I even start? Heritage Senior Living of Marysville is such a beautiful place, with lots to love! The staff and owners are so caring, loving, understanding, and attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. Such a great place for your loved ones to live. I've never been to an establishment like theirs where the owner themselves are very hands-on. A++ rating from me!
I would have given each of these a 10. A 5 is the best, but they are so much more. Their staff makes each resident feel like they are a member of their family. I have worked in healthcare for 40 years and I have never observed and or experienced such a high quality staff. Not just with my family but with all of the residents there. I give high marks for their administration for having such a high standard of caring and providing for their residents. My mom was in their memory care unit where every resident needs extra attention. I never dropped in for a visit when everyone was not being cared for or attended to. Heritage Marysville is an excellent facility.
