Highland Pointe did a phenomenal job with my mom. Seeing my mom regain her strength, independence and confidence has been a blessing to our family. We are truly grateful to the nurses, therapists, and the aides, Jada, Little Shay, Tee, Elaine and Aday. We appreciate your kindness, patience and professionalism. Thank you Highland Pointe for helping my mom get back to living her life.
I want to thank Highland Point for the amazing care they provided to my grandma, Ms. Grace. When my grandma first arrived, she was in a difficult place emotionally and physically. She didn't want us grandkids to see her in that shape. Seeing her now compared to then is nothing short of incredible. My grandma is back on her feet, walking, cooking, dancing, and doing a lot of things she shouldn't be. My grandma always sings the praises of the STNA's especially Jada, Aday, Elaine and Tee on nights. There are others those names are the ones she talks about most. Their patience, kindness, and care…

My grandma is back on her feet, walking, cooking, dancing, and doing a lot of things she shouldn't be. My grandma always sings the praises of the STNA's especially Jada, Aday, Elaine and Tee on nights. There are others those names are the ones she talks about most. Their patience, kindness, and care clearly made a lasting impression on her. Anyone who knows my grandma knows she does not easily trust people or warm up to them, so the fact that she speaks so highly of them says a lot. If you have a loving , determined, strong-willed, bossy, picky grandma who you love alot and she needs nurses for IV medicine and therapy- the kind of grandma who don't just fool with anybody- she will do well at Highland Pointe. Thank you to the entire staff for helping my grandma get her life back.
My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Highland for the exceptional care they provided to my mother. When my mom first arrived, she was in tremendous pain and could barely tolerate being touched. The compassion, patience, and kindness shown by the staff made all the difference in her recovery journey. A special thank you to the STNAs—Aday, Jada, Tee, Zee, Shay, Tia, and Elaine—who treated my mother with such gentleness, dignity, and care. Their patience and encouragement never went unnoticed. The nursing staff was equally kind, attentive, and understanding. They consistently made sure my mom's needs were met and helped our family feel supported throughout her stay. We are especially grateful to the therapy team—Laura, Frank, and Ivy—whose dedication, expertise, and encouragement helped get my mother back on her feet and moving again. Their work was truly life-changing. A heartfelt thank you to Tanesha, the Nurse Practitioner, who was determined to find the root cause of my mother's discomfort rather than simply treating the symptoms. Her persistence and commitment meant so much to us. We also want to recognize Amie, the Director of Nursing, who came in on her day off to personally check on my mother and ensure she was doing well. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the culture of care at Highland. Finally, I thank God for my sister, Andraya, who has been steadfast and unmovable through it all. She has been the backbone, the rib bones—heck, all the bones—holding our family together during this difficult time. To the entire Highland team, thank you for your compassion, professionalism, and commitment to healing. Your efforts will never be forgotten. ❤️🙏🏾 The Quiet Son, The Baby Boy
My aunt has been at highland for over a year now, and she has had some good nurses. One nurse in particularly was nurse Latasha. She is so kind, patient, and has great bedside manners.
I am so glad to say that my family member had an awesome experience at Highland Pointe. The food was excellent and care they provided was the best.
2025 my daughter was placed here for rehab after surgery, and this place is exceptional. Many nurses too many to name took excellent care of my daughter going above and beyond for not only her but other patients as well. She really thrived there with improvement I never expected or imagined. I wish she would've stayed there long-term..GREAT STAFF from housekeeping to dietary
Highland Point Nursing Home has truly been a blessing for my family. From day one, Administrator Kelly has been amazing. She always keeps me updated on my grandfather, listens to my concerns, and makes me feel like his care truly matters. The nursing staff is wonderful — Nurse Sloan, Nurse Anna Kay, and Nurse DeAndrea are all caring, professional, and patient. They treat my grandfather with dignity and respect, and that gives me so much peace of mind. The aides are just as incredible. Jennifer is kind and attentive, and Comfort is absolutely amazing. She treats my grandfather like he is part of her own family, and I cannot put into words how much that means to me. Elaine, the assistant who helps me when I take my grandfather to his doctor’s appointments, is very patient and wonderful. The van driver Willie is kind, helpful, and gentle with my grandfather. The kitchen staff is also very respectful. The housekeeping supervisor Carla went above and beyond when I needed to change my grandfather’s room. She and her staff were very patient and helped move his belongings from one room to another without any issues. Ola in the business office is phenomenal too. She keeps me informed, explains everything clearly, and is always willing to help. I toured several facilities before choosing Highland Point, and this one stood out far above all the others. I am genuinely at peace with my decision to place my grandfather here. No one in my family ever wanted him in a nursing home, but I am so grateful for the care he receives, and his children are very pleased as well. I would personally trust them to take care of me if I ever needed rehab or long-term care. Thank you to all the staff members here you ladies (and gentlemen!) are doing such a great job with my 95 years old grandfather. I am so grateful for you all.
