I am a residue here at your time and I like you very much it is very clean and the staff is very nice and professional and the food is very good here
I wanted to Possibly rent an apartment at Hilltop Village!! I am 69 and disabled, and cannot climb stairs at all. I found out that it was a one-story complex, which would have been perfect for me. They told me that there would be a $400 non refundable pet charge for each pet!! I have three small caged birds, which would have been $1200 just to have my birds living with me!! Non refundable too! Disgraceful 😡😵💫
I toured Hilltop Village and a very nice girl came in and greeted me right away after I arrived. She took me around the facility, showed me different public places where the residents could go, and showed me a one-bedroom unit. It doesn't have a great impression walking up to the building from the parking lot. It's a little rundown. When you go inside the lobby it's fine. It's an older building with a dated feel, but it was OK. The rooms and the apartments were a little bit small. The kitchen was disappointing because the refrigerator and stove were very small. If it's just for one older person who doesn't do much, it's probably sufficient.
Hilltop Village is a decent community for the money. Staff is friendly, common areas are clean, nice atmosphere. My brother is happy there.
My mom likes it. We picked it because of the location and it was close to my house.
I went to tour Hilltop Village. They scheduled us for Saturday, which was the 20th of July. We went there, and no one was there. So then we turned around, and we went back on the 29th. We toured the place, but it was costing too much for my mother. The lady gave us some papers for the VA but wasn't even sure if the VA would pay for them. No one came out to see us. We waited for a half hour. The lady who gave us a tour was okay. The facility was nice.
My brother and I toured Hilltop Village, an independent senior apartment community . The facility truly is on a hilltop, which makes it quiet and somewhat secluded, away from the hustle and bustle. The young lady at the front desk, Nicole, who also answers the phone, is very polite, and has the best voice for this job! The fact that the units were all on one floor was a plus. They offer numerous amenities, depending on what is needed. I thought the room sizes were adequate. Everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. For us, the price was out of our range, but I was quite impressed.
Everything that is listed on the websites is exaggerated. All the features other Assisted living homes have are discontinued. The kitchen closed years ago. The beauty salon is empty. The carpets are stained and the roof leaks. The director is rude and the maintenance just fired a guy that I found out was in prison 10 years for robbery, assault and breaking and entering. He caused a lot of trouble for me , but the director didn't want to hear my side. Now I don't feel safe and hardly ever leave my apartment
