Wonderful place to live! Sophia is an amazing stna, I love her energy!
We have a new administrator named Lauren and she is very good. She seems to interact more with people here than patients or people who live here and the director of nursing is Jon and the unit manager is Brian and they are both very good. I have butt heads with them both on different occasions, but we’re always able to work things through and still smiled each other and enjoy life together so all in all I would say give this a good rating not perfect no where is but in general you’ve have a sense that you’re cared for it’s easy to get to know other people we have a very interesting…

We've been so happy with the care my dad has received at Inniswood. The nursing staff is so kind and knowledgeable. The building is clean, and my dad enjoys the food selection and peaceful atmosphere. Jon, we so appreciate you, Grace, and everyone on your team!!
Very nice, clean and friendly. Everyone was very pleasant . I spoke to someone by the of Kerrieann and she was very nice and friendly and was able to answer all questions I had and was very caring . Thank you to her and staff
This is a clean and newly renovated facility. The staff is attentive and thoroughly met all my grandma's needs. She really appreciated Inniswood compared to previous rehab facilities she has been a patient at in the past. It's also in a beautiful area.
I stay here and did not know it was a facility of deaf and slow people. If you are not one of them they treat you messed up. Waited almost 2 hours to get picked up from transportation called the facility they have a van and told me they can’t get me and it’s nothing they can do about it. If u are a normal person don’t do it.
They need to either staff the front entrance or leave the door unlocked after hours and on weekends. It is excruciating trying to get someone to let you in or out, and they always answer with an attitude, not just a bad attitude, a spectacularly ugly one. Like you just personally ruined their day. The “security” of locking it is also kind of a joke. It’s an egress door, push-to-exit in an emergency… or honestly whenever you feel like it. So what exactly is the point? If a resident wants out, they are able to leave, and if the concern is an intruder, it’s not like this is ballistic glass. Anyone with ill intent is not being stopped by this door. And visitors aren’t exactly being vetted either, no ID checks, no sign-in process, no pat-downs just a phone and a sigh on the other end. Also, when you want out there is no way to call like there is upon entry, you have to physically go find a person to let you out, then submit to the sighs, eye rolls, and bad attitude all the way to the exit. So right now the system doesn’t really provide security, it mostly just inconveniences families and staff. Either staff the entrance, or unlock it after hours. The current setup mainly secures frustration.
Attended the open house of the recently renovated facility. Besides being beautiful, what really struck me is how clean the facility was. Staff were very warm and friendly and the patients that were in attendance seemed very happy with the changes and well taken care of. Well done Inniswood!
