This is the worst facility I have experienced. We had a LO with dementia transferred there and in less than 24 hours of being there they made them out to be a monster. The "say" my LO assualted a resident and a staff member all within 12 hours of being there. Also let me add that my LO is blind, couldnt see to assault anyone. Then they had a excuse to send my LO out to be "evaluated". I tried calling Mike the Clinical Manager (haha) twice to find out the status of our LO and he never returned my calls. I then called the front office to speak to the Director of Nursing to only find out from…

I then called the front office to speak to the Director of Nursing to only find out from the receptionist our LO was sent to a hospital in Columbus and that they couldnt come back there. The way they handled this was totally dirty / sneaky. Also when i went to pick-up my loved ones belongings alot was missing, they already had his fridge in someone elses room. When i did finally get it everything inside of it was gone along with other items that were missing and all I got from them when I brought it to there attention was I DON'T KNOW!!!!! If you care about your family member dont send them here. Dirty, smells like urine old outdated feels like a prison more than a care center.

I have a family member there and everyone is so caring. And the administrator is so attentive and very aware of the needs of her residents and staff. She is extremely engaged in the facility.

Wonderful place & nurse Amy is AMAZING with her patents. We could not have asked for a more caring person or place for our lived one.

Awesome management and great staff . They are very friendly and helpful .

My mom has been there for 3+ months. I have received a lot of assistance from the office and nursing staff. We do a monthly review of her progress and they do things like; make sure she has her hearing aids on, take the food tray to her when she doesn't feel like going to the dining room. She has not had any further skin infections after being moved there, has lost all the stubborn water weight and can get around easier, likes the food and staff and is improving more than she did in over a year at another facility. So far we are very happy with the care and her health. I feel that is more important than the age of the building and the condition of the bushes outside. She is of good mind and does not complain about lack of attention, smells, cleanliness, or the food. Trust me, my mom can be a very hard patient to deal with and they take it in stride and keep smiling!

They refused to give information to power of attorney and u can't leave any messages to the doctor of this facility unless it goes thru a nurse..nurse I talked to in the evening refused to give me information and send messages to their doctor our mother was their for rehab only awful care soaked in pee and she was hurting cause of that 2 days in a row when we got there in the afternoon..we took her out the 2nd day..
