Very clean facility. Staff is helpful and friendly.
You have an employee there who openly uses homophobic slurs on their social media. I’ve contacted Foundations Health Solutions with no received return call.

The staff here is wonderful. They make my Mother-in-Law feel special and keep her busy and happy.
My time at Johnstown Pointe was very nice! The help is extremely helpful and the care was excellent! The food was also quite good! I will miss Johnstown Pointe went I go home. I would give it a five stars!!
My mother was a resident and received amazing care during her time at Johnstown Pointe. Everyone was like family and showed so much love to my mom and family. I can't think of a better place to live out her final days. Thank you, Johnstown Pointe, keep up the great work!
The Staff is very professional and capable but, more import, they truly care about the residents, and that includes Administrative, Nurses, STNA's, Activities, Dietary and Housekeeping. The surroundings and environment at Johnstown Pointe are the best, affording a comfortable home for the residents. State of the Art is the only way to describe the building and landscaping. All in all, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyplace nicer than Johnstown Pointe Nursing Facility.
They was a little short staffed but they did take excellent care of me. Made slot of friends with the staff. I will see them again soon like I promised. Rehab was awesome especially with Ryon. I miss them all.
