Remarkably Comfortable location specifically Staff and Facilities.

My mother is currently at Kendal at Oberlin. It's fantastic. It's everything anybody could want in a community. The food is delicious and the portions are the right size. There's a nice waitstaff there in the dining room. They make food to order. It's excellent. The room is generous in size. The bathroom is large and permits a wheelchair to move around. There's an attentive staff that's there around the clock. It runs the gamut. They have painting classes, an active library and book club, and theater programs. Beautiful

Beautiful property. Very clean and staff is helpful. Excellent grounds.

Very expensive and they charge extra for every little thing. You pay a lot to buy in, and you can't sell it, then you pay a very high monthly bill. The food has gone downhill....very bland...and the healthcare needs improvement. It is a good place if you are healthy and mobile but if you are ill or frail, not so much.

The houses are not organized. There's no easy way to find an address

Super accommodations. Can't believe how much room my dear friend has here. Taken care of so nicely. Is a great place to move to when the time comes
