Don't get me wrong a couple of the nurses are super sweet and very helpful but when the so called "agency" nursing come from out of town they are horrible with caring for our loved ones. My great aunt was unresponsive and not eating during Christmas time last year due to her decline in health. These so called agency nurses were shoving food in her mouth when she couldn't eat why would anyone in there right mind do that. The administration was told but they just…

My great aunt was placed in lake pointe for maybe 2 years after she couldn't walk. I would never place my worst enemy in here. Don't get me wrong a couple of the nurses are super sweet and very helpful but when the so called "agency" nursing come from out of town they are horrible with caring for our loved ones. My great aunt was unresponsive and not eating during Christmas time last year due to her decline in health. These so called agency nurses were shoving food in her mouth when she couldn't eat why would anyone in there right mind do that. The administration was told but they just brushed it off like nothing had happened. Like I mentioned some of the nursing staff are very friendly and will help you but you get anyone else they are rude and don't care about your needs or anything.
I'm a resident here my name is tom/jamal as they call me here at Lake pointe. My experience here is amazing, the staff is incredible, they treat you with respect like you matter. They helped my legs heal up and help me through my mom dying. A lot of laughs here, the food is good, the care is outstanding, they keep my morale up. I love everyone here. It feels like home.
Lake Pointe is such an amazing facility! Improvements are being made every week and the in-house staff is amazing. Everyone here works hard to make Lake Pointe better for the residents and it shows!

it’s a amazing place i love the front office people they are so sweet especially amber they are all very understanding willing to help with any issues the residents are sweet The nurses and AIDS do very well and good job taking care of the residence and they are just so super duper nice and friendly as well i would recommend this place

Lake Pointe is an amazing place. The crafts we do are awesome and the staff here are amazing there caring and very loving
I highly recommend Lakepointe for the care of your friends and family. The staff is caring and attentive to their needs, the kitchen works hard daily to make 3 great meals a day for the residents, and the housekeeping is always active to keep up with all that needs done. And the best part is the administrator he loves each and every person here and has the biggest heart I've ever seen in a person. I love everyone at Lakepointe!!!
