Legacy Riverview

Sadly, a couple of women behind the main desk are not the friendliest.

I am forever grateful to the Riverview Post Acute's staff for their love and support for my mother. They treat her as if she is their mother, making our family feel blessed to have them in our lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

After a long illness my mother was placed in a rehabilitation center that we immediately new she did not belong there. In a frightened state I called Legacy Riverview to see if they could help me. Immediately their admitting director Erica was right on top of things. She was kind knows her job inside and out and was there for my family every step of the way. She worked so hard a quickly got my mother placed in their facility. The entire staff was very compassionate and showed so much love and attention to my mother for the few short days she was there. Even though my mother did not make it out of her illness they were still taking care of everything my family needed from just someone to listen to and all the paperwork for her care. I will forever be thankful for Erica and the staff at Legacy Riverview. If you have a loved one in need of rehabilitation or round the clock care for end of life. This is the place. Thank you again Erica and the staff.

I have been in healthcare for many years and experienced a personal crisis when my dad had to go into a nursing facility for rehab. We chose Riverview Post Acute for his rehab needs and the staff did not disappoint. Staff is so important for a well balanced facility. With that being said, we were able to see my dad participate in the activities that would help with some of his rehab care. They have a wonderful Activities Director, Ashley, that creates fun filled games etc. everyday. She puts her heart and soul into those activities and it shows through the smiles of the residents. I would recommend Riverside Post Acute to anyone. It is a wonderful facility filled with caring staff!

If you love your family members do not allow them to go to this place. My sweet grandmother went in healthy and 8 days later she’s on her death bed. It’s a disgrace. She deserved better. I’ve seen shelter dogs get more respect and dignity. No human being deserves to be left in their own fecal matter and urine. I am horrified to think of how she must’ve felt.
