This facility consistently demonstrates high-quality care and professionalism. The nursing team is knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to each resident’s needs. The facility is well-maintained and there is a strong emphasis on resident safety and dignity. The administration communicates clearly and keeps families updated. Highly recommended.
This place I cannot recommend enough from the clean facility to the staff everything is amazing. When you walk in it doesn’t give your “normal” nursing home vibe it smells fresh, you’re welcomed by people who enjoy their jobs and treat your loved ones like family. The staff interacts with everyone they get them involved in activities and so much more! The food is even great too!! We loved everyone who we were around during my grandmothers stay!! Emily the nurse is great a favorite of mine… even though everyone was so amazing. Thanks for the great care my grandma received and we know if she…

I would give this place negative stars if possible.
very very rude lady on the phone. no professionalism, even when she’s WRONG! check your recorded lines. ask your patients how they feel about how they’re treated. it’s all in front of your faces. don’t take your loved ones here, unless it’s fake love.
I was able to tour the building and talk with some of the unit nurses and nursing assistants. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. It really felt like the whole team was doing their best to make sure the residents were well cared for. I got to see some of the residents enjoying movement activities, and the staff made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. What really stood out to me was how the nursing aides interacted with the residents. They were helping out, getting to know them, and even making small changes based on what each person needed. One moment that stuck with me was during lunch when a resident wanted applesauce, and even though it was not on the menu, a staff member went out of their way to get it for them. That kind of patience and genuine care really meant a lot. You can tell the staff truly care about the people there, and I really appreciated seeing that.
Very poor facility and staff! Please watch your loved ones.
The nurse they currently have working there, angie, is very rude and mean. Its inhumane the way she treats and talks to the patients and families there!!! Very nasty attitude!!!
If I could possibly give a zero start rating I would. This facility is absolutely awful all they care about is their "click" when it comes to their staff. They nearly force residents to receive care even if they refuse (residents have rights). There is staff that sell drugs while on shift in the parking lot. They will set you up to get fired if they don't like you and you don't fit into their "click". If you want to reach out with questions please feel free. I want whats best for this facility but they don't listen nor do they try to fix issues going on. The staff which are supposed to be your co workers if you work here will bully you if they don't like you. There was one girl that worked here that they bullied so bad she was crying in the restroom. I was almost in that same position and all I did was bust my butt trying to do everything for the residents and this facility as far as caring for the residents and picking up shifts. They also don't pay you enough at all even was stated by other staff and a staff member that also worked for a hospital administration which says so much.
