My brother staying here it’s really nice and all the staff are super nice this place saved my brothers life . After a couple months there going to be putting him in his own apartment up there .
It was really nice when I first moved in. Now they are accepting all kinds of people. Violence is a common everyday event. The activities are non existent. The office staff does nothing about it. I've personally been attacked 3 times and those people are still living here. The place is Infested with bedbugs cockroaches and mice. The food is horrible. The nurses don't answer our emergency call buttons. They just turn them off and ignore it. They frequently run out of medications and blame it on the pharmacy. It's because the nurses don't call our refills in. My health has went down so far…

It was really nice when I first moved in. Now they are accepting all kinds of people. Violence is a common everyday event. The activities are non existent. The office staff does nothing about it. I'm very disappointed in this place my mom has been here a little over two months and they never gave her a key to get in. She would step out and leave her door unlocked to come back to it being locked they where going in her room and going thru her purse without her there and didn't tell her now we find out her money has been going to a fake account that is listed on file as a PNC back account but I went to the bank to check it out and the account doesn't even exist with PNC EVERYBODY CHECK ON YOUR MONEY IF YOU STILL THERE. I NEED THIS FIXED LIKE YESTERDAY AND ALL HER MONEY
