2.6 · 36 reviewsHorrible experience. The staffing was so bad that there would be one RN for the entire facility ( assisted living + skilled nursing + rehab ) on 3-11 or 11-7 or 7p-7A. I seldom got my pain meds in timely manner so finally got the Medical Director to change my order from PRN to every 6 hours. Was there for PT and dressing changes after hip replacement. There only were 2 or 3 Nursing Assistants for the entire facility on any shift. It wasn't the staff's fault - they were doing their best to cope and gave good care mostly ( except for pain meds problems). Filed a complaint with the state…

I can't speak for others, but my mother was there for a short time, and the staff couldn't have been better. Erin and Heather were extremely helpful in getting her signed up for Medicaid, and everything was completely explained to us. They get 4stars from me. Thanks to all of the staff.
This place is trying to kill my mother, they keep her medically sedated all day, she is there for rehab but after several weeks can't hardly stand, she is so drugged up she can't even eat, and hasn't eaten much for weeks, she even got COVID and she is in room by herself, staff does whatever they want with her even though she tells them no and to stop. I talk with DON and Administer and this is still going on. They just don't seem to care.

My mother was here for over a month and just went home yesterday. You could not ask for a better place for someone you love to be. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE is absolutely wonderful, caring and incredibly nice. I would recommend ignoring the negative comments and check this place out for yourself, it is really an amazing group of people that CARE about the residents.
So thankful for the care my brother is receiving. Excellent people at this facility.
A very good friend of mine is in this place it's horrible...some of the staff leaves alot to be desired..very short staffed and not very clean and the food looks disgusting!
Does not even deserve 1 star. My mother was there for 4 weeks and she ended up in the hospital in the ICU because they almost killed her. She was placed on a bed pan and was stranded on it for 2 and half hours, her voice gone hoarse because she was yelling for someone to take her off of it. She had surgery done on her arm before she went there and was supposed to have dressing changed twice a day. She was lucky if she got it changed every other day. Then her bandages were coming down on her arm exposing her wound, the nursing staff refused to change it and told her to"Oh just throw a towel over it". They have 2 nurses for the entire facility which contains up to 100 or more patients and that's only on the weekdays. On the weekend it's only 1 nurse for the whole facility. When she was placed in the facility they was putting her in the rooms farthest away from the nurses station so she was very frequently forgot about. Instead of answering the calls of their residents, the nurses would sit there and talk to other staff. I really cannot believe the overall indecency of the place.
I want to say I toured this place and the staff were very friendly. Terri was the employee that toured us and she was very informative and answered all our questions. We have seen a lot of what she has done in the community and wanted to take a tour. Building was also clean and rooms nice.
