Completely unexceptional management. Their hot water went out Friday and since it is the weekend they will not fix it. My sister needs a medical treatment done that requires hot water and we have no way to get it other than boiling water which is then dangerous to get it to hot and we’re pouring it into a plastic bag. These folks here are also then expected to go days without a shower. We all know if this was our own home we would fix it asap. This is a business not a comfortable living facility.
