From day one, it was clear that this is a place where residents are truly valued, respected, and loved—and that is entirely because of the staff. The nurses, aides, and support team go far beyond their job descriptions. They are not only professional and attentive, but genuinely kind, patient, and compassionate. You can tell they care deeply, and that kind of dedication cannot be taught. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. The staff treats residents like family, preserving dignity and independence while providing top-notch medical and emotional care. It brings enormous peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and loving hands. This facility is clean, welcoming, and well-run—but what truly makes it outstanding is the people. The staff are the heart and soul of this place, and they deserve the highest praise and recognition. Majestic Care was a convenient and helpful nursing home and hospice for the last few months my mother's life. They assisted me in lovingly caring for my Mama in her final days. The service was expedient, efficiently communicative, caring and exceptional. The whole staff is amazing. Thank you so much!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My grandpa was there for 2 weeks and somehow jewelry and money was stolen. Not to mention they would take forever to come when the light was on. Do not send your loved ones there!!!!!!!
Wonderful staff to work with - very helpful and supportive!
My friend is staying in Majestic Care of Columbus for skilled nursing. Some of the administrators are caring. They do things to care about the residents. Some of the staff are great and some of them you can tell don't care. The only thing that my friend eats there is grilled cheese sandwiches. The facility has a smell. It's not well-maintained. They do bingo and some more activities. The room size is terrible. They're small, and there's not enough privacy in between patients.
I like to thank Melissa and all of her staff for making my stay at Majestic Care enjoyable. My stay here at Majestic care was great. The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was clean. They would always come and make sure I got clean up every morning . They would come and make sure I ate my meals or come and check to see if I wanted to participate in the activity that was happening that day. I appreciate all the care that y'all gave me while I was at your facility. Love y'all ❤️ Buddy
Very friendly staff. Everyone I've met very professional and care about their residents. Someone is always there to answer my questions.
