Majestic Care of Whitehall

Everybody was great from the kitchen staff to the doctors nurses and stnas but what really kept me going when I was there and helped me get Through everything would definitely have to be activities and Chandler and the rest of the OT and PT thank you everybody that works there. Stay great and I will miss you all.

We made an unexpected visit to this facility. Raymond, working the front desk, was kind-hearted, and you can tell he loves what he does!

I can't understand how people would be biased against the sick. My daughter had a roommate that said this place stole her SSA money and while she was trying to move out of the facility. I called the police for her. Then some people including my daughter are left unclean for long periods of time without staff to care for them. They are short staffed and also short on supplies for the people that's there. Some staff members are biased towards the needs of comfortability of the needs of the residents such as decor of rooms ,or refrigerators being in the room. No rule books or information was emailed upon arrival nor in current status. Mrs. Rodell and Mrs. Wendy give misguided information about rules and it seems as though some people can do or have things while others can't. The concern of the mental and psycical welfare of the clients should always be a priority. I DON'T recommend this place based upon a negative referral was made by Mrs. Rodell to stop the relocation of my daughter unto a different location. They take constructive criticism as a insult when it's meant to better their staff. This place doesn't want videos of negativity about Majestic Care on social media even if it's just your loves one. They don't like the light exposing the darkness. As a result, my sister's photo is placed on the back of the Security desk as a threat to the facility when No threat was made. The police was also called on her and she's no longer allowed to visit on her terms. They Don't call me as the guardian of my daughter for issues that could have been resolved without getting out of hand. Instead they take matters upon themselves to handle the situation. Mr. Daniel the M.D. doesn't return phone calls as for the welfare of your loved one. Please, don't bring your lover one here unless you might regret it. Originally, we had good hopes for this place but unfortunately those hopes aren't current. You can report Neglect or abuse of a loved one by calling Senior Neglect & Ombudsman in Ohio. This place belongs Zero Stars but the review requires 1 ⭐ star to Post. I give zero Stars to Majestic Care.

Choose another place for your loved ones. I have a family member that was recently there and unfortunately, it did not own turn out so well I will say this there was multiple accidents where they were transported into a hospital and then towards the end there are personal belongings have been penalized or went missing. I hate to say that the south there that interacted with them was not very caring or giving and my loved one she was even threatened at times because she needed their assistance with numerous things now I’m sure they’re probably is carrying and gentle staff there, but I hate to say that there is more there that there’s not than what they’re really is the ones that are caring. I seem to think they forget the purpose and the reason for being in healthcare is to help others and give to others not to take from them or to harm them. Let’s just say at this point authorities are involved investigating me facility as well as cause.
