4.7 · 158 reviewsI’m so glad that my father has been able to move into Maplewood. Since my dad moved in, he has thrived and been in great spirits. The staff have been fantastic, the facilities are excellent both in quality and cleanliness, but also in how the setup encourages community/social community and engagement. After checking out multiple memory care facilities in the area, and having my Dad live in and experience another, I am confident in recommending Maplewood as the best that I’ve found for my Dad’s health, happiness, and continued well being.
I can’t say enough good things about the care my Mom is receiving. She absolutely loves it here. It’s a very clean and professional environment. The food is delicious and the activities keep her busy. Her happiness means the world to me. Thank you for everything you do for her!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better facility for our loved one. The staff is wonderful and creates a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like home.

Highly recommend! I have worked in hospice care for 8 years and go in many facilities. Maplewood at Chardon is amazing! Not just because of the beautiful setting, the courtyard that is accessible to residents and the really cute front porches on all the rooms. The staff and care that is provided is second-to-none. There is always something going on to keep the residents busy and engaged. Once when I was sitting bedside with a person nearing the end of their life, employees were constantly stopping by to shower love on the person as if it were their own loved one. It was beautiful.
The facility is beautiful it is always very clean. The staff are always very professional and compassionate when working with the residents. If you have to place a loved one here I can't think of a better place.
This is an excellent facility. It is very clean and well maintained. The building itself is very cozy with beautiful outdoor spaces that are secure. In my experience, the staff is very kind and care very well for the residents. The management members of the facility are always present and accessible.
