My mother loved it there and I don't think it was the cleanest place, I know they had mold issues in the ceilings, I could always smell the dampness in there, but she loved it. She was always activie, helping in the kitchen, escorting people to doctors appointments, she was still driving, it was great. They have refurbished since mom was there so it could be a lot nicer, it was pretty old when my mom was there, it had to be at least 40 years old.
