My mom came here seem well staffed! Seem like a good place! But soooo my mom had back surgery and was sent there! She was literally there maybe 2 weeks! I talk to the staff about a treatment plan! And literally a day and a half later! The social worker come to me talking about discharge this week! Mind you my mom has some confusion going on due to surgery! They could help with getting me medical transportation! Cause she literally can not sit up! And needs a wheel chair social worker recommended uber! And they did call me every morning with concerns of her falling for three days! I found that conforting! I had mix feelings about this place! When i asked questions some would say one thing! Then someone say something different! Or be to busy to even answer my question! Dont think i ever got a straight answer! Im just confused all they way around health care has really changed cause while trying to talk to the nurse who discharged us! Ahe did not explain about her prescription! I really dont think she understood my question! And kept speaking on how busy she was
Never go if you can avoid Mayfair Village Nursing and Rehab at 3000 Bethel Rd in Columbus, Ohio. They tried to confine a loved one against his will, without a physician’s order, b/c his misguided family member w/ power of attorney said so. (POA makes you an arbiter, not a warden. Only law enforcement and physicians can confine someone, and only under specific circumstances.) As a result our loved one and friends had to make time to re-designate power of attorney, and now must move him if he’s not yet completely physically rehabilitated. A rehab facility goal is to restore patient health, not…

A rehab facility goal is to restore patient health, not to imprison them. Update to Reply: We’ve spoken enough, an attorney might call if his doctors don’t. Until then, I recommend you D/C the sedative. If he goes to the ER again over it, they might realize it’s contraindicated w/ his other meds, that none of his regular physicians ordered it, and call it malpractice.
Most staff that attended to my wife’s care showed a sense of caring in their service; however, there were some employees that showed a lack of good bedside habits. One employee was so rude, as to tell my wife that she needed to be in a hotel after requesting a glass of ice. My wife experienced long periods waiting for someone to respond to her calls from her bed, late bandage changing, and there were some noticeable unsanitary habits by employees while they performed their functions to their patients, my wife being one of them.
Of all the choices of facilities that I was given to assist with rehabilitative care, I chose Mayfair. My Aunt needed rehabilitation and 24 hour care subsequent to her hospital visit. I was extremely satisfied with Lenita, the Memory Care Center Manager. She handled any issues in the most expeditious manner possible. Grateful to the OT and PT staff for assisting my Aunt also as they were definitely a crucial factor in her recovery. My Aunt seemed content there and loved the food. Would definitely recommend this facility!
Mayfair has been caring for my father since 12/11/2025, and his care has been outstanding! The staff has been so attentive and responsive to my many questions and concerns, and the rehab therapy has been top notch! They have kept me and my family updated on our father's progress at every step in his journey, and I have complete trust and faith that my father is receiving the best possible care. It makes it so much easier to sleep at night knowing my dad is in their compassionate hands!
Stephanie at Mayfair is a phenomenal woman. She invited us to bring our truck out to their location. When we showed up, she was so pleasant, personable, she placed a large order to support, and she encouraged the staff to all come and support. She invited us again and continued to support. She has a heart for the people and believes in building up small businesses. She is a beautiful soul. If you find yourself at Mayfair village on Bethel, Thank her for her kindness and generosity. What a beautiful soul.!
I was invited as a food vendor to this facility. I encountered the most caring, loving and dedicated group of staff one could ever ask for. Even as a vendor, I could sense the warm and inclusive environment of this group of staff.
I met Stephanie at Graeter’s during an Alzheimer’s Association event. Even though it was after business hours, she kindly offered to give me a tour of Mayfair Village right then and there. Stephanie never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and took the time to personally show me everything that makes Mayfair Village such a special place. From the beautiful community to the wide range of amenities, I was thoroughly impressed. I’m thrilled to know that a senior living facility like Mayfair Village exists right here in the Dublin community.
