My poor husband died between their lobby and the parking lot on his way to hospital This place was vintage 1950. No one would take my husband from hillcrest hospital. They were the only facility which I was grateful but I have guilt and regret. He cudnt feed himself. They pretty much left him alone in corner of facility. The only time I saw them move is when my son visited because they thought he was a doctor. The fastest and most urgent when he was dying and they wanted him off their records as in don't die in their building. They managed to get him in psrking lot to die with first responders and then begged us to get him picked up by funeral home quickly cause they took him back in building. That's the most energy and speed was because he was dead and they didn't wanna take the hit on their numbers of death. The name back then was first gardens of mayfield village then Ayden care now I see manor care. I don't care what they call it, it is a very old facility that makes you think you stepped into the 50s or sixty's and should be called, the hell hole on the way to heaven cause youre not and getting out alive. I say to my husband please forgive me. My recommendation is please do not take anyone here if you love them, however, if you wanna them to transition to next dimension heaven quick. This is your place! Beware and be cautious and go with God!

Horrible place

Terrible. Horrible place. So nasty. Smells of urine. Need to clean patients better and the facility.

Very bad place. Dirty. Stay away. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. Lazy Lousy staff. Don't put your loved one here.

Absolutely horrible! Do not take your loved ones to this place! My mother in law would be deceased if her daughter didn’t decided to stop up at the morning to see what was going on. She had to call 911. They literally stood there with no clue what to do. No training no proper equipment absolutely nothing works. She wasn’t breathing and was severely dehydrated she had only been there 3 days and it was 3 days to long! Don’t reserve a star should be shut down asap

This place should not even get one star i know from my own family/friend not getting the care they need the food always getting to them cold so i assume the other patients are receiving the same thing i sted noticeing the hand sanitizer in the halls aren't filled and that right there is very bad especially for the employees who are the ones should be using it and not keeping filled your helping elderly and younger people who are there for short periods of time to long term times with all sorts of needs and For me.\n Just to see that makes me think of how unhygienic the staff could be

Do not bring your loved one here. From the moment my mother-in-law was admitted, the experience was a nightmare. The facility was unclean and unsanitary, and protocols were often ignored. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable. At one point, she even missed a critical medical appointment simply because staff failed to inform us they could not provide transportation. To make matters worse, some of her personal property went missing during her stay, and when it finally turned up, it was broken. The business practices were disorganized, the staff frequently dropped the ball, and the nursing staff was almost never present due to severe understaffing. Overall, the level of care was unacceptable and deeply concerning. If you value your loved one’s health and well-being, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Even with its already low rating, I believe it’s still too high. This facility should be thoroughly investigated. No one, whether family or not, deserves to be left in such unacceptable conditions.

DO NOT, DO NOT, bring your family here. they do not care about their job, they don’t care about the residence that stay here. They will withhold certain medication from now and gaslight them into telling them that they took it, Someone has actually died here a couple weeks ago because they bled out and they did not care, Relative high blood pressure been up for like the last two weeks and he wind up suffering a seizure….. And they did nothing for him. My relative has been complaining about how the staff and operations are being written still to this day after seven months has never met the doctor or any type of management. This place does not have a low rating for no reason
