After reading the reviews, I was very skeptical about having my nephew here. Like all places, there are some people here strictly for the paycheck and I feel sorry for them when they stand before God. But we have met a lot of staff who have been incredibly kind and take really great care of him. We are very thankful!

I would not recommend McNaughton Pointe to anyone. Before my mom was transferred there, several people told me they would not recommend the facility. Only one person who had stayed there told me it wasn’t all bad. During my tour, I mentioned to the staff member showing me around that I had heard mostly negative things about the facility. She responded that they had good reviews through Medicare or Medicaid can’t remember, which one she said. My mom was transferred there on a Wednesday. Her very first meal was incorrect. She was supposed to be on a minced and moist diet, but they served her regular food. Thankfully, my brother was there and noticed the mistake. We had to tell the staff that she was not supposed to have regular food before they corrected it. We were told my mom was stable when she was transferred, and her bloodwork on her first day there reportedly came back normal. Then, just two days later, we were told she had gone into cardiac arrest and passed away. It was a devastating shock to our family. What has been especially frustrating is what happened afterward. While my mom was alive, the facility had no problem allowing me to make decisions regarding her care. However, after her death, when I requested her medical records, I was told I would need a court order to obtain them. This was a heartbreaking experience, and based on what my family went through, I cannot recommend this facility.

There therapy team is amazing my mom's hand from her stroke had her hand closed for two years now with the help of them it's opening up 👏👏👏love them

Service here at McNaughten Point is very good. Staff is awesome. If you had more staff like Veranda, Monica and Nate, and many more I thank you for your service. Thank you for caring for my son, he's come a long way since being here. I recommend McNaughten Point.

The staff cares about the residents needs. Activities are Great. Director of Activates goes above and beyond. Church services are Great. The building is super clean, these things I did not have at the facility I came from. I’m truly happy here at McNaughten Point.

I had a very good expérience here at NcNaughten Pointe for a longer term rehqv stay! Thanks to the Lord and staff I am able to go home for the holiday.
