From admission through discharge, our experience at Meadow Grove was excellent. The staff was consistently kind, caring, and helpful, no matter the time of day. Due to my work schedule, I was mostly able to visit during evenings and weekends, and I was impressed that the staff’s positive attitude and willingness to help never changed. The therapy team did an amazing job throughout the stay. The facility was always clean and quiet, it felt comfortable. My family member was able to recover and discharge home due to their assistance and support. I would highly recommend Meadow Grove.
My dad recently became a long term resident. From my first visit I was impressed with everything. The staff has been amazing! So kind, friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this facility to someone in need.
I was in Meadow Grove twice. The staff, the aides, the nurses, and PT/OT were incredible. They were very kind and patient with me. A special shout out to Michelle; an aide there. She went over and above to take care of me when she was there. The food wasn't bad at all and it was nice that they gave you choices. I was in room 316. I think my only complaint would be how long it took to get help when you pushed your call light. But I understood they were under staffed. Overall, I would definitely suggest this place for your transitional care or long term care. Very clean and spacious rooms that…

What nerve does this place have to not supply medical transport for a 93 yr old with a broken hip and suggest either we transport to the hospital or quote unquote “we can have one of our janitors put her in the back of one of our trucks.” If y’all have the nerve to say that to us, I can’t even imagine what’s going on when we aren’t there!
MeadowGrove has been great for my father. The staff treats him like family and are very attentive to his needs. I have great peace of mind knowing that he is being well cared for.
My mother-in-law was in and out of Meadow Grove quite a bit over the past several months before she passed a week ago. At first, we were a little wary of the care, but communication solved everything. I wonder if that is where some of the negative reviews come from because it really surprises me after our experience. My husband spent a lot of time there, and we both saw the staff in action, and we cannot say enough good things about the staff and the care provided, not just with my mother-in-law, but with other residents, they were always attentive, caring and helpful. We especially want to thank Michelle, Mo (Morgan) and Stephanie. It was a blessing to have individuals who genuinely cared. My mother-in-law truly loved them. Stephanie even came to visit her in the hospital. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for filling her final days with your love. It means the world.
Very Good Nice Staff an Clean an it Doesn’t Sink like most other Places…
Our family is deeply grateful for the compassionate care Meadow Grove provided for our mom over the past few months while she was on hospice. During one of the hardest seasons of our lives, the staff surrounded her with dignity, comfort, and genuine kindness. Every nurse, aide, and team member treated her like family — patient, gentle, and attentive to every need. They kept her comfortable, respected her wishes, and supported us as we walked through this journey by her side. Their communication was thoughtful, their presence reassuring, and their care truly heartfelt. We will never forget the love and support they showed our mom and our family. Thank you, Meadow Grove, for helping her transition peacefully and for giving us comfort in knowing she was cared for with such tenderness.
