I hate this place! Very few staff speak to you and it smells terrible! They don’t come close to AlterCare in Wadsworth. Would love to place him there but not healthy to switch environments... my fathers clothes are always missing and his brand new Nike tennishoes came up missing. Staff doesn’t even offer a chair for you to sit in while visiting your loved one! There is always major staff turnover... such poor management!
The nurses and aides are great. They care deeply for their residents

They took great care of my grandpa. He wad a righteous American and WWII veteran. The staff were so nice to him. Very happy we found them.
