The aides are a ray of sunshine and always accepting with open arms willing to help.

Highly reccommend! This space offers a clean and welcoming waiting room in the front, an interactive activities room for the residents with live birds, newly painted areas and updated rooms, and a lot of activities for the staff, residents, families including craft shows, scavenger hunts and holiday meals! If you’re looking for expert care and a community feel, this is what you’re looking for. It’s also tucked away down a lane so it’s more private for the residents and families!

All of the staff are incredibly caring and the DON Justyce and ADON Victoria are incredible. They know each and every patient, they care about them and advocate for them in a way that you don’t see often in other facilities. Your family member are in good hands here.

The staff at Medina Center are great they're always letting me know of any changes with my loved one and we do have care plan meetings by phone due to I'm several hours away they try to accommodate myself as much as possible. Thank you all for the great care and love you give her.
