Poor management from office very very unorganized
HELLO,I LIVE HERE AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE ARE WONDERFUL. I BELIEVE ITS SUE A BUSINESS PERSON WHO KEEPS EVERYTHING IN ORDER AND SHE DOES AN AMAZING JOB. SHE MAKES THE PLACE.
The entire staff, from the front desk to the activities director, the administrators, nurses, and grounds crew are engaged in the residents’ wellbeing. We picked a good place for mom.
They treated us with respect and kindness during this difficult decision.
My wife moved to Middleburg Heights Assisted Living. I liked its appearance and the residents who were there. They seem very happy and satisfied. The place is very, very clean and neat. The food is very good. The residents have told me that they like it quite a lot. My wife has a decent little space, but it has everything she needs.
Do not work for this facility or any of their other facilities. They will not pay you correctly and when they do mess up your pay, they will not fix the problem
Everyone was nice and smiling for the most part. Spacious eating area. Daily activities. The big thing that stuck out was the minimum length of stay for respite. 2 weeks was the minimum which no other places offered. We also talked to others and checked ratings that were all positive
I stayed a year ago for two months. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had three meals a day in a shared dining room. The food was excellent. My only complaint was that their servings were too large. The rooms were very large. The resident rooms and the common spaces were kept very clean. They had shared common rooms like we had Wii bowling in a TV room, they had bingo in a community room, and they had happy hour on Fridays in the front lobby. I got a lot of value out of it.
