Kelly took time to get to know my parents individually. She asked them about their lives, both currently and in the past, and let them talk, tell stories, etc. She was skilled at making them feel important and comfortable. She offered great suggestions for how they could improve their lives and safety Now, at their current home, while also demonstrating the ways that an assisted living community could help them feel fulfilled, safe, and connected to others. StoryPoint Granville offers several floor plans that are spacious and more elevated than other communities we toured. While touring, we saw several groups of residents engaged in activities like card games and stuffing little bunnies for babies. They engaged with us and seemed very happy. My mother immediately asked to be put on the waiting list!
What a lovely place. The staff is so supportive and welcoming at such a delicate time in our life. All of my questions have been answered and I know mom will be well taken care of here. The facility is beautiful and the residents seem really happy- Especially with all of the activities and support that is offered. The food is really good and even the activities for the extended family are wonderful. I have been given so much support too by Kelly. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place- It’s an answer to our family’s prayer.
Sickening here!!!!! My family member who lived at Middleton for 5 years died from a pressure sore caused by Middleton staff. I cannot tell you enough that Middleton just wants your money. Since my family member has passed away, we didn't even receive a sympathy card! You are disgusting Middleton! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! If you send a family member here, I highly recommend having a live streaming camera in their room. You'll understand what I'm referring too.
Thank you for providing such a comfortable and beautiful option for seniors in central Ohio.
My mom got to live there 11 months. The employees were great, smiling, caring mom felt like they were good friends. She felt safe there. I like the residents and employee that I volunteered with some activities before Covid. In the fall one of my church friends moved in and we moved our weekly bible study from her house to her new home at Middleton. I found many of the employees still there. Still caring and fun! I now also come with the YMCA to do activities for over 6 years I have been sharing about Middleton.
[name removed] has had a couple of fiscal needs and the have connected with the appropriate people to provide help. The therapist has been able to increase her mobility. The doctor that come Middleton to care of problems she was having with her toenails. We appreciate their willingness to help.
All of these are rated 5. With the exception of 8. Value of money was probably a 4. which is still very good. It was a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We are Still trying to get my parents to move in, but it was delayed due to Parkinson's diagnosis. We hope to get another tour of an additional independent living cottage.
Well, I wish I could be more compli- mentary, but I must be honest; she has been living in an apartment there for about 11 years. I was shocked and ap- palled at the condition of her bathroom. The commode needs replaced. It runs all the time as the ball that stops the water from filling doesn't work. Rust in bottom of bowl was so thick it looked like a pile of BM! Time for a replacement considering what she pays for this luxury apartment!! Whoever vacs her carpet left 2" of dust all around the wallboards! Pretty unacceptable for what she's paying, wouldn't you say? She could have stayed in her gorg- geous 5 bedroom two story home on 5 acres just a few miles South of Granville and she kept an immaculate home, having been an RN and worked for two of Granville's doctor offices as well as at several hospitals in the area during her career. Sadly, she had a nearly deadly brain tumor that nearly took her life and she spent weeks at Riverside Hospital where they removed it bar
