3.8 · 36 reviewsI have a friend at this facility. Everytime upon entering the facility there is a strong smell of urine and bowel movement that continues to follow you as you walk down the hall. I have witnessed my friend hit the call light and 20 minutes later someone finally comes to help, but usually not without complaining. The staff aren't particularly friendly. I have heard the staff complain to the residents about other staff. I have witnessed the food being served and more times than not, I have had to get my friend take out. Individuals have to go to a nursing home because they need specialized…

I have heard the staff complain to the residents about other staff. I have witnessed the food being served and more times than not, I have had to get my friend take out. Individuals have to go to a nursing home because they need specialized care. They do not enter these facilities to be shoved in a corner all day and be forgotten about. I do not recommend sending your loved one here.
Mom been here over 2 years had issues here and there but I'm always there to tell someone if a issue the nurse that caused issues is gone so that's good just getting people to give her that call button and not yell at her when she has a behavior or pain
It's ok. The staff is hard working but rooms are crowded.

This facility did an amazing job helping my Grandmother recoup after a hospital stay. She was short term for rehabilitation. The staff treated her really well and was friendly. Dietary was able to accommodate food sensitivites.
Horrible place that uses patients for Medicare money. Studs showing in the wall. Overwhelming smell of urine. No minorities working there. Reported to Medicare fraud, Ohio Health Board, Nursing Board, the Civil Rights Commission, ombudsman. This facility has changed names numerous times. This facility will be shut down within two months. Went in for rehab walking and now can't walk. I wouldn't even let my $1000.00 dog stay there.
Top choice facility for my mother - great care and friendly residents!
