I have heard a lot good thing about the nursing home I'm getting ready go to the nursing home for thirty days for rehabilitation
Staff is caring with my mother n law. Beautiful place. But we have been trying to get her teeth since August and we still don't have them. She lives on cheez its. She is unable to chew anything up. Also no one ever answers the phone, especially on the weekends.
Some of the staff is lazy and rude or just possibly ignorant. Making inappropriate comments about the way a visitor is dressed and their age is just not acceptable. Then again they seem short staffed so the employees can get away with this behavior.
Clean, kind, compassionate, and competent. Also, good food. I appreciate the activities provided for the patients. Especially that there is a Sunday Christian service provided for those who want to attend.
Very loving and caring for my mother. They treated her as a friend if not family. Thank all of you for making my mother's stay there welcoming.
PT & STNA were amazing, unfortunately 2yrs later I'm still trying to resolve a billing issue.
I thought I had written a review for Monarch Meadows & want to send one now. They are the most caring, compassionate staff I have ever encountered! My disabled sister has been in assisted living for the past 20 years and everytime I visited, she is bedbound, so it's usually just seeing her in her bed in her nightgown. This is the first facility who actually went 1,000 extra miles for her! It was so great to see my sister, having had her hair done & dressed up in her nicest clothes, sitting up in a wheelchair when I got there to visit her. It was so fantastic to take her outside for a walk on a beautiful fall day! We haven't been able to go outside together in many years! It still brings tears to my eyes thinking what a special day that was for her! Thank you so much to the most caring staff who go above and beyond for their patients!
I just want to say that I just recently lost my mother in law that had been a resident a Monarch Meadows for a year. I have been affiliated with a few nursing facilities in my lifetime and this is the best hands down. It is very clean and you get the best of care. If you have never walked a day in the shoes of some of those aides and nurses who work tirelessly you have no clue what it is like. I appreciate everything that was done for my loved one.
