3.7 · 31 reviewsI spent 3 1/2 weeks at this facility rehabbing from an injury. The rehab staff is amazing. I enjoyed my stay because of the care and attention given to me. The day that I was discharged was bittersweet. Thank you to the PT, OT, CNAs, nurses, activities staff and of course, the dietitians and cooks! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. God bless.
Monterey Health and Rehabilitation Center is an outstanding facility for both rehabilitation and long-term care. If you’re exploring options for a loved one, this is a place worth visiting. Stop in and speak with the Admissions Director, Maurice Diles, to learn more about the services, compassionate care, and support they provide to residents and families every day.
They had been treating my wife very well until tonight (she has been there about a week and a half). Tonight nobody seems to want to help her use a bedpan and then its too late and she can't hold it any longer so she is laying in numbers 1 and 2 and she is still waiting for someone to clean her up. Update: They finally cleaned her up, it must have been about three hours from the first time she called for them.

The care teams at Monterey are wonderful, and always address patient and family concerns. Maurice in admissions is wonderful to work with, and always advocates for the patients, residents and families that enter into their facility. The team in the memory care unit are wonderful, and treat their patients with such kindness, and respect. Thank you for all that you do for your patients and families!
I have worked personally with many of the staff members at this building and they are top-notch! Maurice in Admissions is always trying to help families. Ashlee the director of nursing here along with her staff is amazing. They care about their patients. The building is clean and Marsha. The administrator is one of the best administrators I’ve ever seen! I would send a family member here.
I was recently sent to Monterey care center for a 3 week rehab stay from Ohio state University and I was extremely nervous at first due to being at another nursing home about 2 year’s ago. I can honestly say this was a totally different experience! I’m extremely grateful for the care I received from the wonderful team.
I want to say that Monterey Nursery Home has definitely changed for the better. I’ve been in to see my sister and they are excellent in their care of patients.Out with old Monterey Nursery care and in with new Monterey Nursery They are loving towards their patients!! God Bless You 🙏❤️😇
