Last month, I relocated to another state after living at Nazareth for 10 years. During that time, I shared many positive experiences with both the staff and residents. Before leaving, I stopped by the office drop box and deposited my apartment and mailbox keys, along with a large thank-you card containing a $50 bill. In the card, I wrote that it was for the staff to “have lunch on me” as a gesture of appreciation. I am extremely disappointed to learn that the card and money were not acknowledged. I have been told that the new manager stated she “didn’t see any card, just the keys.” However,…

I have been told that the new manager stated she “didn’t see any card, just the keys.” However, there are cameras that clearly captured me placing both the keys and the card into the drop box. I contacted the building owner at Silver Tree, who indicated that an investigation would be conducted and the video reviewed. It has now been a month, and I have not received any follow-up or update. Situations involving potential misconduct—especially where trust and responsibility are involved—should be treated with urgency and transparency. What was intended as a simple act of gratitude has instead become a matter of concern and disappointment. How unfortunate. To the staff I came to know and appreciate, I extend my sincere thanks and best wishes. 💜

I'm so glad I found this place 1 year and 3 months ago. The apartment I have is just the right size and fits my needs and if anything goes wrong in the apartment that need repairs I never have to worry the maintenance team here is awesome and I mean just that AWESOME!. I have to give kudos to Ron, Rick and Corey they take pride in their work and if you need something fixed they are on it no questions asked. It's great to have maintenance men that are nice and mannerable & knowledgeable they are more than maintenance men but more like family. Thank you guys for all that you do! ❤️

Dear Nazareth Towers. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the fantastic maintenance support you've been providing. Mr. Ronnie, Mr. Rick, and Mr. Corey for their hard work not to go unnoticed. And for always being available to fix issues promptly. Their skills and commitment make a real difference everyday. Keeping our building secure, safe and well maintained. Thank you again. Gizele Wilkinson Unit 808.

It's a place for me 🙏

Let me be clear I do not live in this building I just volunteer to deliver meals to shut-ins. I have only been delivering to this building for 2 months and it is disgusting here. I seen roaches in two of the hallways of the floors that I delivered to in the lobby smells like rotting rubbish. There is only one main elevator and a service elevator the other elevator I was told has been broke close to a year. One of the elderly gentlemen I deliver to informed me that they only have hot water sporadically and have reported this time and time again with no avail. If you have a family member that's here and they are not able to come down and let you in there is no way for you to get in and check on them. An elderly lady I deliver to has mold in her apartment and I was just shown that management put notices on the door that they will be doing inspection between 9 and 4 with an a period of two weeks. I looked into that myself and that is illegal even though it's a HUD high-rise building they cannot say they will come in within a 2 weeks span. Just because they say someone doesn't need to be home ppeopledon't want anybody in their homes when they're not there. I have reported this plus a list of things that are happening and wrong with this building. Please do not send anyone in your family to live here. If you have to be displaced a little longer do that you do not want your family to live in a place that treats its tenants like this.

I really like it here. Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. I feel lucky. The place is very attractive.

In the middle of it all, super clean environment plus friendly ppl.Recomend highly

I got the phone call in early October. All my paperwork was in. I was approved. My job in lawn care is closed for the winter.Im working a temporary job. Now I'm over income. You shouldn't do people like that. My home has been packed for over a month waiting to move in. So you have to be homeless first? Its not my fault your employees dont answer the phone or come to work.
