If this facility calls to say they have a spot for you RUN don’t walk away! I went a year and a half living here with no central air conditioning (gasping for air) and an entire winter with no heat. The latest manager used lies and mental, physical intimidation tactics to attempt to to scare ppl. One Regional manager during s business meeting completely “lost her composure and began to actually raise her voice/yell at me! She seemed unhinged, volatile, angry and just plain irritated that was asking questions. Questions that she gave me the ole run around on. At one point she jumped up from her chair and abruptly came towards me. At that moment I was fearful of being physically harmed. She screamed at me to get out of her office, even though she’d answered none of my questions. She picked up her phone threatening to call the police on me, a senior citizen, if I didn’t get out of her office. I explained to her I had more questions and she retorted that she wasn’t going to answer any more questions, which I deemed peculiar since she hadn’t answered ANY questions from the start. I called National Church Residences Corp many times to report the situation but could never speak with anyone. At this point I am fearful of retaliation, physical harm, mental harm and generally for my entire wellbeing. This is not a place that treats senior ppl well or abides by the Laws of the State of Ohio( she outright told she cared nothing s out the laws and that she does thing her way). I did file a police incident report however I live in fear daily at this facility. The entire sales spoof they spin in the advertising to lure ppl in are out right untruths. Like I said RUN don’t walk away!!!
