My mom is doing much better here than at the nursing home. The homey atmosphere and wonderful people that work there are making a big difference.
no private bathroom/ bed side toilet but that also means no shower in the bedroom, sounds like maybe a private house, private pay , was not impressed with who I spoke with

Everything is going very well. It was the perfect choice for my loved one. The staff lives there when they are taking care of the residents. For the most part they take the time to get to know the residents. I chose it because there are no rules or routines for my loved one to rebel against. I am very comfortable with him there.
We've only had our loved one here a short time, but I think they do a great job overall at Just Like Home, they do an excellent job across the board and for a very reasonable price. The owner is very hands-on, and very kind. The place really does feel just like home, it isn't institutional at all. My loved one is on the high end for care needs, but they've been able to handle everything here with no problem. It's really a great place, and I would recommend it to others looking into care in the area.
Hands on staff. Real home experience. This is a hidden gem.
