Northcrest has the best care from the working Administrator: Hillary is a very caring and friendly, nurses: Toni,Anna,Angie,Audry,Emma and aides:Becky is so awesome we nicknamed her "The Boss" she gets you up and moving when you'd rather lay in bed.Allisia,Kendra,Vanessa, there is more just can't remember names,housekeeping: Linda she just made my day her smile and singing we were quite a duo lol. The Activity director had something going on almost all day Monday thru Friday. PT Erin and OT Sam there understanding and caring when I didn't want to move. The food menu and food was not the best.…

not keeping up with patients and neglecting needed daily care. as well as shady practices when acting with other medical agencies to help solve the issues they caused.
Place smells horrible and very unsanitized. The residents are getting sick because of the lack of care. When we tried to improve my mom's room the director said "it was against policy" and we were forced to take away the only thing that made the building smell good.
Neglected a patient to the point they became septic.
If I could I'd rate 0. My husband was in there for 2 days just to get his antibiotics through his pic line. Ended up being worse then he was when he went in. He now has an infection in his bone cause they was not doing their job.Place smells so bad. Never been to a nursing home that smelled like that. A lady who needed help she was yelling for almost 30 minutes before someone went in to help her. Nurses there are so very rude.
