Ron Keener has been an amazing asset to our family through a difficult time loosing my grandmother and now caring for my grandfather with dementia. Everything was so seamless, informative and continuous communication from Ron made this process a lot easier than I anticipated. We are forever grateful for all of the resources and time he took out of his private life for our family. I don’t know where we would be without him!

Ron assisted my brother and me in finding an assisted living home for our mother. He asked questions about what we were looking for to help our mom feel comfortable. With the help of Ron Keener from OASIS Senior Advisors, I successfully moved my brother to assisted living after a health crisis. The ER cardiologist at St. Anne's recommended Oasis, and I am so grateful to have made this connection. From my initial conversation, Ron/Oasis was able to hear the varied concerns I was attempting to address and helped identify solutions to each one of the concerns. Ron provided a list of potential facilities and literally walked with us through site visits. He helped with real estate issues and financial questions as well. Thankful for the help to deal with a very sad situation. Mt. Caramel sent Ron to us . He helped us navigate a situation of very poor health to a relatively young man who lived alone and ended up in a care center. There was no family In state that were involved. It was left to me ,simply a neighbor, to help him navigate something he needed but definitely did not want to do. Ron suggested A specific assisted living center and it turned out to be a perfect match. My neighbor is relatively happy there but better yet we know he is safe. He no longer could completely care for himself and was living in a badly hoarded home where It was not safe for him to live.He is adjusting slowly but well. Ron guided us to resources that made the transition much much easier

I cannot express how much I was impressed with the level of responsiveness, knowledge and dedication during this trying period for myself and family.
