OVMCC is a Wonderful nursing home! It is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very loving & caring to their residents. The receptionist always welcomes visitors with a smile! The Activity staff go out of their way to provide fun enjoyable activities for the residents. The Administrator's office is always open to residents and staff.
I love doing the residents hair....I love making them feel better about their selves!

bad visitation machine on entry soured experience
I had the best care. Everyone was so good to me. I would tell everyone what a good place to go.
My family member was unable to speak due to their health condition. As a result lack of care was given because most staff thought my family member wasn't mentally aware of their surroundings. The total impact of this were the following weight loss, a torn private area dude from catheter being pulled, not one but two bed sores in one week, lack of bathing or oral care and basic needs. I would strongly advise a family member or friend to avoid this nursing home at all cost because most do not value you're loved one's life.
