4.1 · 95 reviewsBoth my parents recently spent time at Holly after my dad fell and mom had hip replacement. The whole facility was immaculately clean and surprised how large there room were.The staff and nurses could not be nicer and accommodating. My dad had a few issues but the staff and nurses quickly made him at ease. The physical therapy is top notch!!! Highly recommend Ohman Family Living at Holly for anyone looking for a great facility for love ones.

There are SOME VERY GOOD THERAPISTS THERE. BUT A FEW WHO NEED TO BE RETRAINED. THE BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS COLD FOR THE MOST PART. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT PUTS ON A GOOD FACE. BUT AS YOUR STAY PROGRESSES, THE REAL FACE COMES OUT! WHEN IT WAS "TIME" FOR ME TO GO HOME, IT WAS A SURPRISE! I WAS ONLY GIVEN A 2 DAY NOTICE. MY HUSBAND HAD TO SCRAMBLE TO GET THINGS AT HOME READY. THEN A FEW MONTHS LATER WE RECEIVED A BILL FROM THEM FOR $ 2,OOO.00. WHY? THEY SAID I HAD BEEN THERE ONE WEEK TOO LONG. I WANTED TO FIGHT THEIR LIE, BUT MY HUSBAND SAID, NO, HE DIDN'T WANT NO TROUBLE. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW RULES!!!…

BECAUSE THEY CAN & WILL TWIST YOUR WORDS AROUND!!!

Nurses are great but the food is pretty rough. I went to a christmas event with my Grandma which was amazing with live music but they served cold cut sandwiches with browning, wilted lettuce. Not sure why they couldn't prepare a hot meal for Christmas but really hope they improve the food situation. They have a decent amount of events available and the building is beautifully decorated.
My mom was in memory care for 2 years until her recent passing. We visited often and we always felt mom received the most loving care. We are forever grateful to Bethany, Angela and Sydney as well as the other kind caregivers. This was a drive for all of us but it was well worth it. And we knew this was the place for our mom. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Amazing place!!!! I had my mother there and I am now making an appointment to see if there is availability for my sister in law.
This may be a little lengthy. I want to start by saying my mom is young, in her 50s. She had an unexpected medical emergency and ended up bed bound and in the hospital for a month. The next step was rehab. I was very anxious when looking for the right place. You hear the horror stories of people being mistreated, or getting sicker in rehab. That was the last thing I wanted. I did a lot of research and came across ohman at holly. Reading the reviews, I called and was instantly connected to Courtney. She set up a quick tour so I could see how everything worked. They ended up holding a spot for her for over a week, as she had been cleared and then had a set back. She is still in Holly, and has been for approx 2 weeks. I set up a camera in her room, which staff had no issue with. She is improving so much faster being here than she was at the hospital! The staff has been really nice to her, and me any time I visit. They are short staffed currently, so things can be chaotic, but even so, the staff seems to work as a team, and take care of pts even if they are not their aid that day. I would recommend ohman at holly to anyone who wants the best care for their loved ones.
