4.4 · 32 reviewsWe visited a lot of places before choosing Optimized. I feel that this place flies under everyone's radar. It is a gem of a place. The second day we were there they had their monthly family night. Made us feel really connected to the facility and other residents. The small home like environment does not have that institutional feel so many other places have and the home cooked food was something that our dad was actually eating. As it is a small place you really get to know the caregivers and they get to know your loved one. Can't say enough good things about the place..
The staff at OSL are great, they really care for my mom and are wonderful in every way. I really like the smaller size for her with a small number of residents, I really feel like she would have been overwhelmed in one of the bigger places.
Optimized has an amazing staff that really cares. They give each resident a lot of attention and always provide great care. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, supportive home for their loved one.

Of course we would have loved to keep Grammy with family but when it wasn't possible any longer, there couldn't have been a better place. An intimate, caring and home-like environment with 24/7 care by staff that treated her like family. Thank you.
A very nice place to go. It's clean and the workers are friendly and help get their clients ready for departure on time. Parking is ample for any visitors. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, so getting in and out is a breeze for absolutely everyone, even if you need your loved ones picked up for an event or appointment.
My husband is admitted to Optimized Senior Living Newtown. It's small. It only has 8 to 10 people, so that makes for better care, and I feel comfortable with that. It's in a home setting. It's not like a nursing home. The staff is excellent. My husband eats everything. They serve home-cooked meals. They played bingo and they had an Olympic day. So, I think their activities are good.
My husband, Jerry, was a resident of Angels Care Family Home, which is now Optimized Senior Living for two months. The home is set up as an open concept home. Jerry had his own room with a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and all his own furniture, pictures, etc. It is an open-concept home with the living areas open to the kitchen and a patio; all accessible to the residents. AND....I was permitted to be with him from the time he awakened until he was in bed for the night. The caregivers were always thoughtful , kind and caring. This truly is like a home away from home.
This is a much better fit for my loved one. They have great caregiver to resident ratios. There have been changes with Optimized, some good, some bad, but still overall a great concept. They have facilities all around the area, so I'd definitely look into one.
