A great place for my aunt!! I am so thrilled how she is getting adjusted and making friends!!
Orchard Park is a clean, beautiful assisted living community ! Awesome place !
Our family is incredibly grateful for the compassionate care provided at Orchard Park Assisted Living. The staff consistently treated our loved one with kindness, dignity, and respect, and it gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing they were in such caring hands. The facility is clean, welcoming, and feels like home. Communication with our family was always thoughtful and professional, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the residents’ well-being. Thank you to everyone at Orchard Park for the dedication and compassion you show every day. We highly recommend this community…

Such a warm loving atmosphere. Lots of patients with smiles. I think that says a lot about a facility. Very clean and organized. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great job. I would highly recommend.
They don't have enough help (aides) and the ones that they do have don't care about the residents . They need to have timers on the call lights... a lot of times it's 20 minutes or more before they are answered .
Orchard Park is a nice place. The activities director is wonderful. Although my loved one doesn't participate, he keeps asking and trying to engage them. If your loved one would participate in activities, they would like it here. The food is bland, and cafeteria-like. It's not anything to write home about. My biggest compliant I have is the aides do not wear name tags. So if you don't know who they are or if you cant remember their name, then that's just kind of too bad. They also need to respond better. My loved one has limited mobility, and can not walk. They are a 2 person transfer when they need to be moved. I've had several aides come in, turn the light off, not do anything, and never come back - I'm pretty sure its the same aide(s). They could do a lot better job at that. I do understand that finding reliable and good help is hard right now; but maybe if they paid them a bit more or offered an incentive, they could hire more people who want to do their job. Generally a lot of the people are nice, but they tend to be nicer and more helpful when I'm there versus when I'm not. There are a few who are special and who are good to the residents, but a majority of them are just there to pass the time. I've complained to the administration and they said they would address it, but it hasn't changed. Again, some of the girls I'm comfortable leaving my loved one with but I want to be fully comfortable leaving them there. My loved one has lived in several places, and this is the best place so far. It's convenient for me because its very close to my house, but Orchard park could step it up a little bit. I'm happy, but I'm not satisfied. It's not the best circumstance I could hope for my loved one, but its certainly not the worst.
My dad moved to Orchard Park Assisted Living and the community is wonderful. We had a little problem when we got into the place, he got COVID again at the beginning. But other than that, it's a wonderful place. He's got a brand new room, it's freshly painted, and we were allowed to bring in whatever we wanted to make it home. The food has been good, he's not one to like vegetables, but they push them on him a little bit. He hasn't been able to go down there much because he was in quarantine after he got there and they pretty much isolated him to his room and brought the food to him. So he's been eating a lot in the room right now, so we haven't had a chance to enjoy the dining room yet. We like that the price is cheaper than where we were, that was the big thing. It's also much, much better than where we were and the staff is wonderful.
We chose Orchard Park because we did not like the care he was receiving at the other places. This facility was overall better with care and the location was great for us too. The room sizes are adequate for his needs. He was in a private room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. He seemed to enjoy the food here and had no complaints. I would highly recommend.
