I spent several weeks as a rehabilitation patient and it was a wonderful stay. And, the food is pretty darn good. I’m still going to Physical Therapy as an out patient. Everyone it Awesome.
My wife was at Ottawa Riverview Nursing for a year. The staff was good. The room was fine. The food was acceptable. It wasn't great, but it was okay. It wasn't as good as the other place was. But they had bingo and they had musicians now and then. They had different games to help keep them social and a little active. They're located on the river and they could go out on wheelchairs outside. They had a nice garden area and an area where they could sit and get some fresh air. The staff were fine. The physical condition of the place was fine. The rooms were clean, but they just smelled like…

I can sleep at night knowing my loved one is safe and sound everyday
I have a relative living in an assisted apartment for a little over two years. The staff have been great to her and us when visiting. The facility is immaculate and welcoming. I rest easier knowing she is safe and in good hands. Thank you!
Went see a old client of mine treated rude
Seeing this healthcare campus for a little over a year it was evident how much thought and love was provided in the development of a resident’s care plan. The nursing staff loves everyone that walks in and out. The aides do their best to provide the highest level of quality care, and work well together to serve every resident need. The therapy provided was fundamental in keeping residents independent and did wonders for improving their general condition. Many found fulfillment and deeply valued the activities that were put on. Dietary staff worked overtime to ensure everyone was happily well-nourished. Whether a respite or long-term stay, Ottawa County Riverview did the absolute most to provide quality healthcare.
