Otterbein has been great to me i have noticed that they were fully staffed and very clean, and generous with their time
Everything is great. The EAs are great and the food. I would highly recommend if you need rehabilitation go to Otterbein!

My 91 year old mother in law had spent a week in the hospital recovering from a fall and uti. They recommended some inpatient rehab before returning to her assisted living facility. She stayed at Otterbein for almost three weeks. They took good care of her while she was there.
I am so grateful for the care and compassion this community provides to those they serve. The staff are truly dedicated to their residents and the home like setting is fantastic for people who live there.
I can’t say enough about Otterbein! The neighborhood is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make elders feel at home. They provide excellent care while also focusing on quality of life, which makes such a difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people they serve and their families. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown every day.
What an amazing facility. The staff truly care and want to make it a homelike feel. Every room is a private suite each with a huge 0 entry shower.
