4.3 · 44 reviewsWonderful administration. Very forthcoming and explained everything. Wonderful support staff, aides and nurses. Maintenance staff has been so helpful getting the room setup. Activities and outings are great. Mom has no complaints other than to many pasta dishes for meals. Care is phenomenal!! That to me is the most important aspect. I give Otterbein Perrysburg Senior Life Neighborhood an A++!!
I recently completed a 15-day stay at Otterbein Rehabilitation following a total knee replacement, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. At 75 years old, I was concerned about the recovery process, but the care I received was truly world-class. Thanks to the expertise of the PT and OT teams, as well as the dedicated nursing and support staff, I graduated from a walker to a cane in just over two weeks. The staff's professionalism and encouragement were instrumental in my progress. My physical therapists say I should walk unassisted after a few weeks at outpatient Athletico. I am deeply…

I really like this facility. All the staff here is great . They have been very kind and caring towards my mom. We appreciate everything they have done so far.

I have enjoyed my stay at Otterbein. The house I'm in is very friendly and supportive. My aides are the best!
This campus is smaller, 5 ,,,individual houses with up to 12 residents. The Aides are overworked because management is hiring 17-year-olds who cannot touch the machines used to transfer us . The care is there just delayed. Overall this facility is not perfect, but very nice. Good care, good food and good friends! Everyone is welcomed and respected upon arrival.
Fun, happy people that are easy to get along with and a happy atmosphere.
My Mom was at Otterbein for 3 months after suffering a stroke. She didn't want to leave, even to move closer to home! She felt very comfortable there and really got to know the staff and other residents well. We loved the unique setup with the central rehab/dining/living/learning area and rooms along the perimeter (ensuring all residents had lots of natural light). The nurses, therapists, aides and all staff were very personable and really got to know my Mom and all of her frequent visitors. We truly felt they cared about us, Mom and all her loved ones. One of the therapists even took the time to visit Mom in her new facility which meant a lot. Would highly recommend to any families looking for similar rehabilitation/skilled nursing services for their loved ones.
WOW! The nursing care is delivered so differently at Otterbein than in a traditional nursing home. Top notch care delivered in a beautiful, personal environment. There really is a "small house" difference.
