Park Apartments

The residents in this facility have been struggling with bedbugs for YEARS. Management hires subpar exterminators who do a half-ass job in spraying the units and there is never the follow up that is promised. It is a constant battle with management to get them to do anything. There may be one month where things are seemingly under control and then it goes right back. Sadly, this could be a beautiful building with many nice tenants who actually care about their home. Management is its own worst enemy - all the decent tenant are leaving or are making plans to leave. Nothing is worth worrying and fighting bedbugs every free minute of your life.

Living for two years, very depressing the kind of people who wander the halls, steal you property, urinate in floors. But [name removed] the office manager does a excellent job ignoring all of the problems, does what she wants. [name removed] the maintenance man does what is necessary. Residents replace light bulbs on each floor common area. Put out air freshener trying to make it livable. Rent goes up yearly even though nothing is done to update the apartments. Leaking facets, hot water tanks that need replaced, uneven floors, dirty carpet, outdated appliances unsafe bathrooms. Windows that won't open. God help us should a fire break out no assistance for handicap people to leave this building. Not a handicap facility. So anyone needing a place to live, unless your totally on assistance go some where else. The rules change per person depending on who you are. Good Luck.
