Awesome facility, staff treats everyone like family ,
My father was very well taken care of by the staff at Parkview. They made every interaction feel personal and friendly. They have a small but mighty staff. Every time I came to visit, I was asked if I needed assistance or help. Misty, the DON (Director of Nursing), always made the effort to do what was best for my father during his stay. Erika was also a very well informed member of his care. She kept me updated every step of the way during his care. Though the facility may be dated (as a lot of facilities are) they make the best with what they have. There was a moment where a nurse was…
My father was very well taken care of by the staff at Parkview. There was a moment where a nurse was concerned his diabetic insulin pump was out of insulin while I was out of town. With the help of video chat, I was able to walk her though the process to refill his insulin. The fact she was ready at the drop of a hat and willing to learn how to do the process, spoke HUGE volumes to me. I don't recall her name, but we had a good laugh about how we were able to do it over video call, and on the first try to boot. To all nurses that I unfortunately don't remember their names, thank you. Thank you Parkview for providing an optimal level of care for my father. ❤️❤️
Family like environment and very friendly caring staff
Very friendly community. My loved one received very good care and she liked the food as well! RX
Do a great job
They are very good with care and being small they have more one on one time with residents.
My sister is currently there and I am not happy with the care she gets there. She puts her call light on and waits and waits for someone to answer it. Sometimes they come in, shut the light off and never comes back.
This place not only throws individuals out but puts them in unsafe homeless shelters. Its absolutely disgusting. Upper management in the place is a joke. How do you have individuals who havent paid in years there get to stay but someone who actually needs help gets thrown out and shipped off to a unsafe nasty homeless shelter, where they get no help. If I could have given no stars I would have. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves.
